Our fees of 22% as well as cancellation insurance, linen rental, cleaning

Planning flexibility
You are free to choose the number of weeks for the rental, with the possibility of change during the season.
We open our schedules between 5 to 8 months before the winter and summer season in order to anticipate reservations as much as possible.

A rental notice is sent to you for each contract made, indicating the period rented and your net income.
Cancellation insurance is integrated into each contract to guarantee you maximum coverage (not for causes related to Covid-19).
A deposit is required for each rental, it is returned at the end of the departure inventory.

Linen is included in each of our rentals (sheets, towels, and bath mats) for the comfort of our tenants and as a hygiene precaution.
